This website is owned by Violet Solutions S.L., tax ID B05627583, with its registered office at Av. Jaume I, 95, 1.º, puerta 2, 08226 Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain. Direct and effective communication

For anything concerning this site or the services described on it, write to info@violetsecurity.io. It is a single mailbox, attended during business hours, and from there each message reaches whoever can deal with it. It covers:

Activity, authorisations and professional bodies

Violet Solutions S.L. develops and operates the Violet Security platform and provides cybersecurity, audit and compliance services. This activity is not subject to any prior administrative authorisation regime, nor to mandatory membership of a professional body. Should we obtain a sector accreditation or authorisation in the future, its details will be added to this notice.

Purpose and acceptance

This website is informational: it describes the products and services of Violet Solutions S.L. and lets you request information or a proof of concept. Accessing and browsing it implies acceptance of the terms set out in this notice, which may be updated at any time with the date of the latest revision kept visible.

Prices and contracting

This site does not allow online contracting: there is no payment process, no account sign-up and no terms acceptance that would conclude a contract. Service tiers are published without figures and are settled by proposal; when a price is published, it will state expressly whether it includes applicable taxes. Requesting a proof of concept or asking for a quote is a request for information and places neither party under an obligation to contract.

Commercial communications

We do not send commercial communications by email or any equivalent means without prior, express consent, and we do not pass addresses to third parties for advertising purposes. If we ever send you a commercial communication, it will be identified as advertising, will clearly state on whose behalf it is sent, and will include a simple, free way to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@violetsecurity.io, with no formalities and at no cost.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents, the Violet Security trade mark, the distinctive signs and the design of this site belong to Violet Solutions S.L. or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited. Use of the contents for text and data mining is also reserved under article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790, a reservation this site declares in machine-readable form.

Links to third-party services

Some links open third-party services on their own domain — the meeting scheduler and the interactive product demo — governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not embed that content in these pages and we do not control what those services do once you visit them. Violet Solutions S.L. accepts no responsibility for the content of external sites linked from here.

Liability

Violet Solutions S.L. does not guarantee that access to the site will be free of interruptions or errors, although it will use reasonable means to avoid them, and is not liable for damage arising from improper use of its contents. Nor does it guarantee that the regulatory information published here is up to date at all times: it is explanatory material and replaces neither the official text nor professional advice.

Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data collected through this site is explained in the privacy policy. This site uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device; the detail, and what would happen if that changed, is in the cookie policy. Both documents are linked in the footer of every page.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s registered office, unless the applicable rules impose another jurisdiction. This notice is available in Spanish, Catalan and English; in case of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish one prevails.
