Purpose and scope

Violet Solutions S.L. grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Violet Security platform, limited to the modules contracted and for the term of the contract.

How contracting works

This website does not allow online contracting: there is no basket, no payment and no self-service sign-up. The service is formalised through a signed proposal and contract, drafted in Spanish, into which these terms are incorporated by reference. Filling in the proof-of-concept form or asking for a quote is a request for information and concludes no contract. You can save or print this document to keep it, and ask us for a copy by writing to info@violetsecurity.io.

Who the service is for

The platform is offered to companies, professionals and public administrations acting in the course of their business. It is not aimed at consumers, so these terms do not contemplate the specific consumer protection regime; if you are contracting as a consumer, tell us before signing so the terms can be adjusted.

Accounts and access

The client is responsible for safeguarding credentials and for the use its users make of them. It must report without delay any unauthorised access of which it becomes aware.

Client data

The data the client enters into the platform belongs to the client. Violet Solutions S.L. acts as data processor on the terms of the data processing agreement (DPA) that forms part of the contract.

Availability and support

Availability commitments and support response times are set out in the service level annex corresponding to the plan contracted.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, nor to assess systems for which the client does not hold express authorisation. The client is responsible for holding the authorisations required for every assessment it records.

Term and termination

Term and notice of termination are agreed in the specific terms. On termination, the client may export its data in full in an open format during the period established in the DPA, after which it is deleted.

Limitation of liability

The liability of Violet Solutions S.L. is limited on the terms agreed in the contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments and applicable law

Any amendment to these terms will be notified to the client with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively to a period already contracted. The terms are governed by Spanish law and submitted to the courts of the registered office of Violet Solutions S.L., unless expressly agreed otherwise.
